$37,301-$46,625/Year FLSA Status:
Exempt Summary Under the immediate supervision of the Enterprise Director of Operations the position is responsible for the overall operations, safety, staff, cash management, security and customer service standards.
Performance expectations including but not limited to best operational practices of running the car wash facility, improve sales, promote services and providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed.
Maintain excellent customer service standards.
Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs.
Identify and resolve customer complaints.
Hire and ensure all employees are trained according to policies.
Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures.
Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom.
Achieve profit goals for the location.
Maintain efficient personnel scheduling and coverage.
Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations.
Oversee daily business operations.
Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner.
Hold meetings to conform with company standards.
Maintain safe environment and work experience.
Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized.
Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must have knowledge of cash, facility and safety control policies and practices.
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to work swiftly to deliver washed vehicle to customers in record time.
Good organization skills.
Knowledge of motor-driven cleaning equipment, brushes, hoses.
Knowledge of general car cleaning chemicals and uses.
Ability follow director and correctly implement tasks.
Ability to lift up, push to 50lbs.
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
Ability to follow all CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19 Qualifications Repair/Maintenance, Sales, Customer Service and management operation is required.
Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all-weather conditions.
Is subject to work in an environment containing excessive noise and fumes.
Car wash management experience is preferred Professional look and demeanor Management experience Mechanically inclined Basic understanding of computer software Meets basic management competencies Self-motivated and positive attitude.
Education and/or Experience Associates degree in related field or trade school is preferred, professional or technical certification, specialized training 2-years work experience in related field 2-years general or supervisory work experience Great Fringe Benefits !!
